Welcome to Happy Kids Daycare. Thanks for visiting our web site. My name is Amy Bielinski and I have been the director of Happy Kids since September of 2008. Prior to coming to Happy Kids I was a UPre-k teacher in Albany. I came to the center with a passion for working with young children after my son was born and instantly knew that working with children from birth to 5 was what I was meant to be doing, and I love every second of it!
Happy Kids is a community daycare facility located next door to Maple Hill High school and within the Emmanuel Reformed Church in Castleton NY. We have been a part of the Schodack community for over 35 years and have served hundreds of families from Albany, Renesslaer and Columbia counties.
Our program provides children with developmentally appropriate hands on activities that encourage children to explore the world around them through participation, imagination and the ability to create on their own. This will serve as the foundation of life long learning. Our lesson plans are theme based with a focus on early literacy and emergent math skills.
